bdkok Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bdkok ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). They govern all access to and use of the bdkok website, mobile interface, games, betting markets, promotions, and any other services we make available to registered players in Bangladesh. Please read these Terms carefully before registering an account or placing any wager on the Platform.

By accessing the bdkok website or mobile interface, creating an account, depositing funds, or participating in any game or betting market offered on this Platform, you signify your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Platform and, if applicable, close your account.

To register an account and use the services offered by bdkok, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bdkok operates as an adults-only platform and does not permit access to anyone under the age of 21.
• You must be a natural person with legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Corporate entities may not register as players.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete personal information during registration. Submitting false details is a breach of these Terms.
• You must not be a previously excluded player or have had an account suspended by bdkok for violations of these Terms or any applicable policies.
• You are responsible for ensuring that online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction. bdkok does not warrant the legality of its services in any specific territory.

2. Account Registration and Verification

To access the full range of bdkok services — including deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and live betting — you must hold a verified account. The registration and verification process is as follows:

• Each individual may hold only one active bdkok account. Creating multiple accounts — whether to circumvent limits, exploit bonuses, or for any other purpose — is strictly prohibited.
• You must provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile number during registration. This number is used for OTP verification and account security. It must remain active and accessible.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. bdkok is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to protect your credentials.
• Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or gift your account or any funds held within it to another person.

bdkok reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any point — including but not limited to at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following unusual account activity. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete. Accepted KYC documents include:

• National Identity Card (NID) — preferred document for Bangladeshi residents.
• Valid Bangladeshi passport — accepted as an alternative to NID.
• Proof of address — a utility bill, bank statement, or official letter not older than 90 days confirming your residential address.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

bdkok processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals made on the Platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Visa/Mastercard. Available methods are shown in the cashier at the time of deposit.
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. bdkok reserves the right to refuse or reverse deposits made from third-party accounts.
• bdkok does not charge its own deposit fees. Your mobile banking provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges, for which bdkok is not responsible.

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment account used for your most recent deposit where possible. bdkok may request that you withdraw to the same method to comply with anti-money-laundering obligations.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours of submission, subject to verification checks. During high-volume periods (such as major cricket finals), processing times may be slightly longer.
• bdkok reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity. Players will be notified if their withdrawal is held and given a clear timeline for resolution.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

bdkok offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion:

• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated on the relevant promotion page.
• A welcome bonus may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempts to claim the welcome bonus multiple times will be considered abuse and may result in account suspension.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated on the promotion. Expired bonus funds will be removed from your account without notice.
• bdkok reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where practicable. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of cancellation will be treated fairly in accordance with the original promotion terms.
• Any attempt to exploit a bonus, including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or any other form of bonus abuse, will result in cancellation of the bonus, withdrawal of associated winnings, and potential account suspension.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on bdkok are subject to the following rules. Players are responsible for ensuring they understand these rules before placing any wager:

• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by bdkok, it cannot be altered, cancelled, or reversed by the player. Please verify all bet details — including selection, amount, and market type — before confirming.
• In the event of a technical error or system malfunction that results in an incorrect price or market, bdkok reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the original stake to the player's account.
• Live in-play betting markets on cricket matches (BPL, IPL, T20 internationals, and others) are subject to suspension at any time at bdkok's discretion — for example during rain delays, power cuts, or connectivity issues. Bets already accepted at the time of suspension remain valid unless otherwise specified.
• Casino game results — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and all other games of chance — are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer processes. bdkok does not manipulate game outcomes.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdkok Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of pending withdrawals, and forfeiture of all account balances where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal or financial information at any point during registration, KYC, or any other account process.
• Creating or operating more than one account, including using different identities, devices, or IP addresses to circumvent the single-account policy.
• Using automated scripts, bots, data-scraping tools, or any software not expressly authorised by bdkok to interact with the Platform or manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the Platform to process funds derived from illegal activities or to obscure the origin of funds.
• Colluding with other players, exploiting errors in the Platform's pricing or software, or engaging in any form of match-fixing or event manipulation in connection with bets placed on bdkok.

bdkok cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies when investigating suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity. Evidence of prohibited conduct will be preserved and may be shared with the relevant authorities.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

bdkok reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• You have violated any provision of these Terms or any applicable policy published on the bdkok Platform, including but not limited to the Responsible Gaming Policy and the Privacy Policy.
• bdkok has reasonable grounds to suspect that your account is being used for fraudulent purposes, money laundering, match-fixing, or any other form of criminal or prohibited conduct.
• You have requested self-exclusion under bdkok's Responsible Gaming programme. Accounts closed under a self-exclusion request will not be reopened for the duration of the exclusion period selected by the player.

8. Responsible Gaming

bdkok is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all of its players. We believe gambling should be an enjoyable leisure activity, not a source of financial hardship. The following tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit limits — set a daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amount to control your spending.
• Session time limits — set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Cooling-off periods — take a temporary break from the Platform for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdkok shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of data, loss of profit, interruption of service, or any other loss or damage resulting from technical failures, third-party actions, or circumstances beyond bdkok's reasonable control.

bdkok makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure at all times. While we invest significantly in platform stability and security, temporary outages — particularly during high-traffic events such as major cricket tournaments — may occur. Players should not place bets they cannot afford to lose, regardless of platform availability.

10. Amendments to These Terms

bdkok reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where reasonably practicable, notify registered players via their registered contact details or via an in-site notification. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
